3 Simple strategies will help you get your mind on the right track and change your body image.

1st figure out, what your goal weight should be and what your body image should like. Next find a picture of yourself or a picture of someone esle that as the body image that you what to be. (Make sure you pick a picture that has your body frame. You will set yourself up for failure by choosing a picture that doesn't match your body frame.)

2nd Make a couple of copy's of the picture and put them in places where you will see them everyday, such as the bathroom mirror, in your car or by your bed. This gives you the opportunity to visualize your goal body image at every turn everyday.

3rd take time to envision how you would feel at this goal weight and body image type. Really feel it. How would it effect your self esteam, your relationship with your partner, your friends and family? How would you feel at the beach, going shopping for new clothes, or going out on the town?

These 3 steps are crucial to achieving your goal body type.. You need to see yourself in a positive light with your body image to change it. If you can really envision it you can do it.


All it takes is seeing yourself in a different way. If you can envision yourself slim and lean you can do it!
